Refund & Return Policy

At RetroLily, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a clear and fair return process. Please read the details below before submitting a return request.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Intimate apparel, lingerie, and swimwear

Accessories (earrings, hair items, etc.)

Final-sale or clearance items

Customized or altered products

3. Return Process

Submit a request: Email us at retrolily8@gmail.com.

Approval & instructions: Our team will reply within 2–3 business days with a return authorization and the return shipping address.

Ship back the item: Pack the product securely and send it back within 7 days of approval. Please provide us with the tracking number.

Inspection & refund: Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

4. Return Shipping Fees

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other reasons (size, fit, or personal preference), customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method only.

Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Order Issues

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
